BEACH BABY LIGHT HIGH-LIFT LIGHTENER:

• Lifts up to 8 levels.
• Utilizes a conditioning formula with panthenol.
• Has an optimal consistency when mixed, making it perfect for all blonding techniques: all over blonding, foil highlighting and balayage.
• Has a creamy mixture that stays moist during the entire application process and saturates quickly into the hair allowing precise applications.
• Processes in 50 minutes or less at room temperature.
• When performing highlights with foil application, exclusively use foils ref Soft Alloy 8079 20
• m, or Soft Alloy 1200 18 (Norms EN573).
• Use exclusively with Oreor Crème Developer, 20, 30 or 40 Volume depending on desired outcome and application technique.
